The 1979 - 81 stamps (at least), were remaindered at something like $1.00 per sheet of 5, and are not scarce, although not particularly common. As far as I know, the other years were only available at face value for mint, and as encountered for used. The prices for used represent my feelings rather than any true market. I would be willing to pay these prices for stamps I don't have (many) or trade my few duplicates.

Charles Souder lists the text stamps for the 1978 year, but I have none and I don't want to simply copy his info. He also has stamp types that I don't have any examples for, such as a 1-Day Archery and a reciprocal stamp for hunting in Florida.
