This series has gotten very popular this year. Oddly, it is stamps from the mid
to late 80s that are the hardest to find. The NWTF has also issued four other stamp series -
"Grand Slam" (WTGS), "Research" (WTRS), "Restoration" (WTRT) and "Target 2000" (WTTG).
